1. Who we are

SuperStake is an iOS application operated by Alejandro Tejedo (Spain). Contact: alejandro.tejedo@icloud.com. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. What the service is — and what it is not

SuperStake is a sports statistics and prediction service. A statistical model generates football predictions that are published before each match, together with their reference odds, probabilities and a public track record of results.

SuperStake is not a bookmaker. It does not accept, place, process or facilitate any bet; it does not hold funds; it does not pay winnings; it contains no real-money or simulated gambling; and it includes no links or calls to action towards any betting operator.

3. Minimum age

The service is intended exclusively for people aged 18 or over. Use by minors is prohibited.

4. No guarantee of results

Predictions are statistical opinions, not investment advice or betting recommendations. No result or profitability is guaranteed, and past results do not indicate future results. Any decision you make based on the content — including betting money with third parties — is exclusively yours, as are its consequences. Never gamble money you cannot afford to lose.

5. Subscriptions

Access to pre-match predictions requires the auto-renewable subscription SuperStake PRO, available in three plans:

You are billed in your local currency and prices may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal charge is made within the 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You can cancel at any time from the Profile tab in the app or in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple: you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

The history of settled predictions is free and requires no subscription.

6. Intellectual property

The models, predictions, texts and data produced by SuperStake are the property of their owner. Personal use within the app is permitted; resale, redistribution or systematic publication of the content without written authorisation is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperStake is not liable for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from decisions made on the basis of the service's content, nor for interruptions, errors or omissions in the data. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that mandatory consumer law grants you.

8. Changes to the service and to these terms

The service evolves: the competitions covered and the features may change. These terms may be amended; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page, and the "last updated" date always reflects the version in force. Using the service after a change constitutes acceptance of it.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the user's place of residence where the user acts as a consumer, and otherwise to the courts of Spain.
